What it does.
Review the other side's draft
Clause by clause, it marks what's non-standard and what's one-sided. It knows which side of the table you're on, because you told it.
Graded against your own standards
Each clause is measured against your firm's precedents and graded A to D. Where it finds no source of yours, it says so instead of inventing a standard.
Edit the suggestion before you take it
A suggestion isn't take it or leave it. Change the wording in the card, or ask for another version of just that one.
Heavy jobs don't block Word

Nothing leaves the firm without your click. Data in the EU, AI via AWS Bedrock in Frankfurt, no training on your data.

We'll open it in Word on the call and review it while you watch.
