Request → Delivery
From request to delivery.

An email comes in. Clerk'r files it on the matter, assigns the task, prepares the draft and keeps an eye on the deadline. You approve. Nothing leaves the firm without your click.

Built inside a law firm. Not just near one.

Clerk'r was built with a leading Danish employment law firm, on their real matters.

About Clerk'r

Not less thorough. Just without everything that sits around the law. Clerk'r started in one law firm. Today we build it for the whole industry.

Where we started
One law firm. Matters scattered across inboxes, Teams and people's heads. The test lawyers got 2‑4 hours back a day.
What we build
One layer that runs the matter from request to delivery. The lawyer approves everything that leaves the firm.
Where we're going
The standard for how legal work runs in Denmark. Built in Copenhagen, with lawyers, with data in the EU.

Clerk'r suggests: create matterCreate

The lawyer approves. Clerk'r never sends.

Vision

The law firm of the future runs on one layer.

Matters that move themselves forward. Preparation that's done before anyone asks for it. Lawyers who spend the day on the law and not on keeping track of it. It's not a vision of less work, but of better work. We're building that future, and we're building it in Denmark first.

Mission

To make legal work simple. For the whole industry.

One layer that removes everything that sits around the law. Built with lawyers, approved by lawyers, with data in the EU. We won't stop until it's the standard for how legal work runs.

Lawyers aren't short of knowledge. They're short of time and overview. That's what we give back.

The lawyer approves. Nothing leaves the firm without a click.

  4. Performance

    High performance that lasts.

The lawyers behind it

Built in close collaboration with some of the country's finest lawyers.

Clerk'r is shaped by lawyers who know life in a law firm from the inside. They challenge our ideas, test features in practice and make sure what we build holds up in the real world.
