Where the matter actually gets decided.
Clerk'r installs in your firm's Teams as an app your IT lead approves once. After that, a channel can be linked to a matter, and Clerk'r is in the room with the same access and the same limits as everywhere else.
Illustrative. Real answers cite your own documents.
What it does.
One approval, firm-wide
A standard Microsoft 365 app approval. No per-person setup and nothing for the lawyers to install.
Channels and matters you choose
Nothing is linked automatically. A channel with no matter behind it is a channel Clerk'r stays out of.
The permissions you already set
Someone who can't see a matter in Clerk'r can't get at it through Teams either.
How a channel is linked to a matter.
An administrator picks the channel, picks the matter and confirms. From then on the thread has a matter behind it, and everything Clerk'r says there is answered from that matter, with the same sources as anywhere else.
See it in a thread →Not shipped yet, and we'd rather say so.
If your firm runs its matters through Teams, tell us how, and we'll build around it.
Nothing leaves the firm without your click. Data in the EU, AI via AWS Bedrock in Frankfurt, no training on your data.
Read about securityBring Clerk'r into the channel.
We'll link a test channel to a matter during the demo.
